We’ll spend time getting to know you and the day you’ve planned. Working with you, your venue, and suppliers, we’ll ensure your wedding day is stress-free, supporting and guiding you every step of the way. This is for you if:
- You’ve done the exciting part, and booked all of your wedding suppliers and now need someone to take the lead in coordinating your day for you.
- You, your family and your wedding guests want to fully enjoy the wedding day without having to worry about any of the little details.
- You feel overwhelmed by the thought of managing your day and just feel like you could do with an experienced pair of hands to make sure things run smoothly.
The Details
ONE
CONSULTATION
In person or online consultation approximately 3 months prior to your wedding day to run through all of the wedding day details that you have so perfectly managed so far.
TWO
VENUE VISIT
Venue visit to finalize all timelines, schedules and details discussed in the consultation.
THREE
SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT
Management of wedding supplier communication and coordination on the run up to your wedding day.
FOUR
SCHEDULES AND PLANS
On-the-day wedding schedules and plans for yourselves, the venue, and all relevant suppliers.
FIVE
PROJECT MANAGEMENT BOARDS
Access to personalized project management boards so that we can communicate efficiently and track your planning progress.
SIX
LEAD COORDINATION
Meet with all necessary suppliers on the morning of your wedding day, co-ordinating the set up and finalizing all relevant details. Working with you and your venue to be the main contact throughout your day, leaving you safe in the knowledge that every detail is being taken care of for you
Providing assistance to you, your family and your guests, calmly handling any issues that may arise. Being present on your wedding day from morning until first dance.
SEVEN
STYLING SET UP AND COLLECTION
Assistance with styling set up if required.
Post wedding clean up, co-ordinating returns and collections on the day following your wedding day if required.
We appreciate that all weddings are different and may require extra services to the above and that is why we will always create a bespoke proposal according to your individual requirements.
