DESIGN & STYLE
Our styling team will create a bespoke wedding design for you, capturing your unique energy. We’ll provide mood boards and styling plans for you and your suppliers, ensuring a coherent aesthetic throughout your day. We’ll also source decor, props, and other suppliers for a smooth planning process and on-the-day set-up. This is for you IF :
- If you’ve chosen your venue and some suppliers but need help creating a clear vision for your wedding day, we can assist.
- If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the choices available and need help shaping your wedding design and guest experience, we can assist.
- You lead busy lives and would like me to source and provide your styling items for you too.
- You want you, your family, and friends to relax and enjoy your wedding day, knowing everything will be beautifully styled and taken care of.

ONE
CONSULTATION
A complimentary initial consultation (30 minutes) to discuss any ideas, thoughts, specific requirements and budgets.
TWO
QUESTIONNAIRE
A questionnaire to get to know all the details a little further.
THREE
VENUE VISIT
A meeting with you both at your venue. It’s a chance to meet each other in person and discuss potential ideas, thoughts and requirements further.
FOUR
BESPOKE CONCEPT BOARDS
Bespoke styling concept boards, based upon ideas discussed during our discussions. These boards can then be used as reference points for you and other suppliers.
FIVE
SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE
Phone, video, text and email consultations as and when required for any wedding related queries.
SIX
STYLING BUDGET GUIDANCE
Guidance and budget support to achieve the very best out of your styling budgets.
SEVEN
PERSONAL PROJECT BOARDS
Access to personal project management boards so that we can communicate efficiently; keep track of your planning progress and safely keep all relevant contacts, documents, invoices, budget calculators and design information in one place.
EIGHT
SOURCING OF ALL STYLING PROPS
Sourcing of any props, including, but not exclusive of, décor, table linen, crockery, glassware and cutlery, furniture, lighting etc.
NINE
VENUE AND SUPPLIER LIAISON
Venue and supplier liaison as and when required.
TEN
SUPPLIER SOURCING
Sourcing, planning and management of any additional suppliers if required.
ELEVEN
FINAL CONSULTATION
A final consultation approximately 4 weeks before your ceremony date including venue visit if required.
TWELVE
PLANS AND SCHEDULES
Detailed styling plans, and timeline schedules for styling, including all creative suppliers and venues.
THIRTEEN
STYLING SET UP AND COLLECTION
Providing our lead stylist with a team of assistants on the day to set up all styling items on the wedding day, as well as organization of and collection of all items the following day.
We appreciate that all weddings are different and may require extra services to the above and that is why, we will always create a bespoke proposal according to your individual requirements.
